One-on-One Yoga
Private one-on-one sessions are the classic way to transmit the teachings of yoga.
Private yoga lessons are an excellent way for new students to learn yoga in a non-intimidating environment that customizes yoga to the needs of the individual. At the same time, they provide a means for more experienced students to refine their skills and gain access to advanced practices rarely taught in the classroom that may lead to great physical and energetic shifts.
Michael Joel Hall takes a holisitc approach to one-on-one sessions incorporating the five points of yoga as necessary for each individual student.
- Proper Diet:
Paleo Nutrition Counseling: primal/paleo approach
Disordered eating and food addictions can be addressed and assessed. - Proper Exercise:
Assesments will address functional imbalances pertaining to strength and flexbility.
Corrective exercises and development drills will be applied and assigned as needed. - Proper Breathing
Sounded breathing (ujayii).
Alternate Nostril Breathing (anuloma viloma)
Shining Skull Kriya (kapalbhati breathing)
