Overlooking U Street, the Floridian is the perfectly picturesque place to get your practice out of the studio and into the world! Come for the workout, come for the zen, come and enjoy an unparalleled view of the beauty that is DC– all for free.
On the first Tuesday of the month all summer long, starting at 6:00p, grab a mat (and maybe a friend!) and join us for an energetic and fun all-levels flowing yoga class taught by Mid City Yoga’s own Michael Joel Hall.
